Our Policy Regarding Emergency Call-outs
Any Emergency Call-out That is cancelled during our travel to you will be charged at .5hrs labour, to cover our costs and Time.
This contract between ourselves will start once we have received the text message to our device with the full address. We will take that point onwards as being an acceptance of works.
We will inform you of this policy verbally during the initial call.
